This Sea Salt is just bursting with unique smokey flavor. Our Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt is created by taking pure Pacific Sea Salt and slowly smoking it over a Pacific Northwest Red Alderwood fire. This salt has a deeper smokiness than our Smoked Cherrywood Sea Salt making it a delicious addition to your spice collection.

Uses: Great on fish (especially salmon), poultry, other meats, vegetables, starches, eggs and more.
